Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation across every Albatrozz mobile application.
Our Commitment
Albatrozz Sdn Bhd (1128301-H) ("Albatrozz", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation across all of our mobile applications, including the Albatrozz member mobile apps developed for our golf, hotel, and leisure club clients, and the Albatrozz Starter App ("Albatrozz Apps").
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, whether generated by users, staff, or any other party interacting with our Platform. This policy applies to every Albatrozz App published on the Google Play Store, regardless of the specific club or venue it is branded for.
What We Mean by CSAE
Child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") refers to any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child (an individual under the age of 18). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format, including images, video, audio, or text
- Grooming — building a relationship with a child with the intent to abuse or exploit them
- Sextortion — coercing a child through threats to produce sexual content or engage in sexual activity
- Trafficking or facilitating the trafficking of children for sexual purposes
- Any solicitation, sexualisation, or endangerment of a child, whether in text, image, video, or any other form
Nature of Our Apps
Albatrozz Apps are private, membership-gated utilities built for golf, hotel, and leisure club operations. Their core functions include tee time and facility booking, food and beverage ordering, member statement management, and related club services. Albatrozz Apps do not provide open public chat rooms, dating features, or anonymous messaging between strangers, and access is restricted to verified members and staff of the relevant club.
Notwithstanding the limited scope of these features, we maintain this policy and the reporting mechanism described below across every Albatrozz App, consistent with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
How to Report a Concern
If you encounter content or behaviour on any Albatrozz App that you believe endangers, sexualises, or otherwise exploits a child, you can report it to us without leaving the app:
- In-app: use the Support / Help / Contact option available within the app to submit your concern directly to us
- Email: enquiry@albatrozz.com — please include the app name, the club or venue, and as much detail as possible
We review every report we receive. Reports involving suspected CSAM or an immediate risk to a child's safety are treated as our highest priority.
How We Respond
Where we determine that content violates this policy, we will act consistently with this policy and applicable law, including:
- Removing or disabling access to the offending content as soon as reasonably practicable
- Suspending or terminating the account(s) responsible, where applicable
- Preserving relevant records as required for legal or regulatory purposes
- Reporting apparent CSAM to the relevant national authority (e.g. the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or the equivalent authority in Malaysia) as required by applicable law
- Cooperating with law enforcement investigations into CSAE
